Love it or hate it you cannot ignore Mr. Hudson’s reinvention at the hands of Mr. Kanye West.  This weeks song of the week is the one tune on the album I cannot get out of my head, Stiff Upper Lip.

It’s a melancholy song about the moment before the break up, and what happens next, “Now i’m walking back to our place / which is soon to be your place…” he bemoans at the start, then goes on to talk about arguments and camping outside at his mates place.

This all makes for a very heartfelt record (and probably one of the only times Auto-Tune does not sound retarded!).
