I’ve made no secret of the amount I love Andreya Triana’s single Lost Where I Belong, and when I checked out Kinny after seeing her on the bill I bought the album instantaneously.  Two gritty soul singers with great voices and funky beats, this should be just a little bit special.

Also realised I should give Tru Thoughts (Kinny’s Label) more love because they have provided great edgy and alternative soul for years.

The Luminaire is a fantastic venue and on the 19th of Feb. it showcases two amazing soul singers.  This is what loving soul music and going to gigs is all about.  Tickets are a bargain £7 (+ change) from Ticketweb.
