Is April the month of artist reinvention?  Plan B has turned in to Michael Buble, and now Kelis has become a dance/electro-diva!

Since splitting with Nas and signing to will.i.am’s label Kelis has gone… well… crazy!  Gone is the Neptunes laced R’n’B that personified the early noughties and in are outlandish outfits, strikingly bold make-up and techno-esque ‘fyah!’

She’s coming to London next month; headlining Brixton’s Coronet on May 14th, and she is also putting an appearance in at G-A-Y on the 8th.

Not sure if i’ll make this one because I would not want to ruin my memories of Kelis old… the change is humongous.
