Nola Darling – STFU (Start The Riot)

It may have taken them forever and a day, however Nola Darling are back with Start the Riot. It is a fruit cocktail of a record mixing hip-hop, dub, R&B and bassline.  A certified club banger? I hope so.

Fingers crossed this record will get the support of DJs this side of the Atlantic (sure beats Jason Derulo fascination with singing his name over and over!).

STFU is available to buy now on Bandcamp for as much (or as little) as you think the track is worth.   Let’s just hope Nola Darling don’t leave us salivating for new music much longer, and I hope this is just the prelude to something more as their Pretty Gritty Mixtape still gets serious rotation… and another three years for new music is just too long to wait!
