Big news, the legnedary Two Door Cinema Club are going to be headlining the NME Awards Tour in February 2012.  Yes, they have only had one album, however their absolutely wild live shows have earned them legendary status in my eyes.

Due a new album soon, this should be a great opportunity to hear some sneaky previews from the (hopefully) forthcoming record.

The tour hits London Town on 25th February at Brixton Academy.  Tickets go on general sale on Friday, however you can pick a sneaky pre-sale from 9am tomorrow morning here .  No idea about ticker prices yet (that’s the surprise for tomorrow) however I would anticpate them being in the £20-£27 region (any more and please think twice).

And if TDCC are not enough, they will be supported by Metronomy.  Dust off the umbrella and buy some plasters, looks like the NME Awards Tour is shaping up to be rather tasty…
