With my new-found love of bananas, I decided to simply tweak yesterday’s recipes to use up the end of the fruit (and also introduce some goodness). So out went the ginger in came kiwi and spinach to the same base of vanilla yoghurt, ice and banana.
Why fix what isn’t broken (well I was out of avocado as well so that’s not entirely true).
- 2 bananas
- 5 tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt
- 5-8 ice cubes
- 3 kiwi fruits
- 2 handfuls of spinach
